We go beyond group training and pin-loaded circuits, offering personalised monthly programs with clear plans, progressions, and regressions to suit every member's needs.

We take a different approach from big commercial gyms—focusing on truly understanding and meeting our members’ personal needs with care and encouragement.

We offer more than just group training and circuit workouts. Every member receives a customised training plan, updated monthly, with progressions and regressions to suit individual goals, ensuring each session is effective and adaptable.

Meet our Founder - Rock Lee!

Meet our Founder - Rock Lee!

Rock is more than just a trainer—he’s a trusted friend dedicated to helping clients overcome physical and mental challenges.

Rock Lee’s journey to success in the Australian fitness industry is a testament to persistence, commitment, and passion for helping others. Originally from Northern China, Rock’s interest in martial arts led to a career in wrestling, but an injury saw him shift his focus to building a career in fitness. After moving to Melbourne in 2010, he completed a Sports Science degree and Certificate III & IV in Fitness with the Australian Fitness Academy (AFA).

With a deep passion for fitness, he’s spent years mastering sports science, physical education, and fitness certifications. In addition to his personal training career, Rock has also found success in bodybuilding, with several wins and placements. He is able to draw from his own experiences when preparing clients for competitions: leading by example and ensuring his training methods are simple, safe, and effective. Rock hopes to inspire others to pursue a successful fitness career, and loves to help students work their way through their fitness certificates.

After starting his career as a fitness coach, Rock opened his own studio, iHealth Fitness, in Clayton in 2017 . His commitment to providing excellent service, his approachability and his ability to relate to his clients has helped him build a loyal client base; and his contagious enthusiasm filters through every aspect of gym life at iHealth Fitness!

Our Program Includes:

Youth Fitness Training (Ages 9-16)

When: Saturdays, 1 PM – 2 PM Our Youth Fitness Training program focuses on developing strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness. It's designed to help young people build a strong foundation for future athletic pursuits or just stay active and healthy. This class includes fun, challenging exercises that improve coordination, flexibility, and muscle strength.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Strength & Conditioning: Building overall muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility through bodyweight exercises and light resistance training.

  • Sports Performance: Agility drills, balance exercises, and speed work to improve overall athletic ability.

  • Core & Functional Training: Developing core strength and functional movement patterns that are essential for everyday life and sports.

  • Mental Toughness: Encouraging a positive mindset and teaching teens how to overcome obstacles and stay motivated.

Parent-Child Fitness Classes

When: Saturdays, 2 PM – 3 PM We also offer fun Parent-Child Fitness classes where parents and children can work out together. These sessions promote family bonding, provide a positive example for healthy living, and encourage teamwork in a fitness-focused environment.
