Meet our Founder - Rock Lee!

Rock is more than just a trainer—he’s a trusted friend dedicated to helping clients overcome physical and mental challenges.
Rock Lee’s journey to success in the Australian fitness industry is a testament to persistence, commitment, and passion for helping others. Originally from Northern China, Rock’s interest in physiology and movements led to a career in bodybuilding, boxing, and wrestling, but an injury saw him shift his focus to building a career in fitness. After moving to Melbourne in 2010, he studied Sports Science and completed Certificate III & IV in Fitness with the Australian Fitness Academy (AFA).
With a deep passion for fitness, he’s spent years mastering sports science, physical education, and fitness certifications. In addition to his personal training career, Rock has also found success in bodybuilding, with several wins and placements. He is able to draw from his own experiences when preparing clients for competitions: leading by example and ensuring his training methods are simple, safe, and effective. Rock hopes to inspire others to pursue a successful fitness career, and loves to help students work their way through their fitness certificates.
After starting his career as a fitness coach, Rock opened his own studio, iHealth Fitness, in Clayton in 2017 . His commitment to providing excellent service, his approachability and his ability to relate to his clients has helped him build a loyal client base; and his contagious enthusiasm filters through every aspect of gym life at iHealth Fitness!
